FAQ~ Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

The customer will pay the return shipping fee on any and all exchanges and refunds.  USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back the item to any way you like as long as it has tracking number to protect our interest.

We do offer item exchanges, refunds and order cancellations.

Item Exchange – customer is eligible for exchanges within 15 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging.

Refund – customer is eligible for refunds within 5 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging. We also want to remind you that we DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEE, a $10.00 RESTOCKING FEE and we do not refund TAX. Unless you show proof that you received the item after the 5 days time frame.

Order cancellation – We can cancel order as long as the item has not been shipped. However, we want to let you know that if we cancel an order we will deduct a $4.00 fee to cover up the processing fee from our merchant.

Be reminded that if you want an item exchange and/or refund please return back the item at our Return Mailing Address. Please email our support for further details.

What Happens When You Place Your Order

Our products usually – keyword usually – ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a TRACKING NUMBER.

Once you receive your TRACKING NUMBER you are free to go to USPS to track your package. They should give you regular updates on when your package will arrive.

Please read the delivery times that are posted on each item's product page on our store website. Most items that you order will take 
between 3-4 weeks and sometimes up to 4-6 weeks. Be aware of these shipping times so you can plan ahead to receiving your order by a specific date in mind.

More Shipping Info

How much is shipping?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and shipping destination. Our standard US shipping cost is $4.95 unless you order a large amount of weight. On FREE promotional items shipping starts at $4.95 as we are shipping from different shipping warehouses overseas.


Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to other countries and estimated delivery is within 30-60 days.
How do I track my packages?
You can check on the status of your order at any time. You can also reach out to our customer support desk at support@likes4yourstyles to ask questions anytime.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
For US it takes about 14-30 days and for some items it will take 30-45 days and of course other items may take longer. We will always state the shipping times on the product page or you will receive a tracking number when the item is shipped.

Other countries estimated delivery is 30-60 days.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
Since we ship on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
